Who we are

This website belongs to JIN WANG WHA E.I.R.L., tax ID (RUC) 20600389034, with premises at Av. Víctor Raúl Haya de la Torre 633, La Perla, Callao.

Prices

Prices are in Peruvian soles and include any applicable taxes.

The price charged is the one our server computes when you confirm the order, not whatever may have been stored in your browser.

Takeaway orders from the Set Menu add S/ 1.00 for the container, exactly as printed on the menu at the restaurant.

Delivery cost depends on the area and is shown before you confirm. We may change prices and areas; changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

How an order works

An order is registered when you confirm it and receive your code. Being registered does not mean it is accepted: we review it and may reject it if something ran out or we cannot fulfil it.

If we reject an order that was already paid, we refund the full amount.

Delivery times are estimates. We do our best to meet them and they are not a contractual guarantee.

Payments

We accept cash on delivery, and Yape and Plin with a payment screenshot.

The screenshot you upload helps us organise the order. The actual confirmation comes from checking the movement in our account, not from the image.

If we detect a screenshot that does not match a real payment, we cancel the order.

Bookings and events

A table requested through this website is not confirmed until we call you. Without that call, no table is being held.

Event quotes are a proposal and bind neither party until agreed in writing.

Allergens and food

Our kitchen handles soy, gluten, shellfish, egg and nuts in the same space. We cannot guarantee the absence of traces in any dish.

If you have an allergy, tell us when ordering and over the phone. That is the only safe way.

Complaints

We keep a Virtual Complaints Book, required by Peruvian law and reachable from the footer of any page. Filing a complaint does not prevent you from turning to INDECOPI or any other channel.

The website

The texts, photographs and design of this website are ours or used under licence. They may not be reproduced without permission.

We aim to keep everything available and accurate, but the website may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute is submitted to the courts of Callao.
