Privacy policy

This policy explains what data we collect, what for, how long we keep it and what you can require from us. Last updated: 2026-07-30.

Who is responsible for your data

JIN WANG WHA E.I.R.L., tax ID (RUC) 20600389034, registered at Av. Víctor Raúl Haya de la Torre 633, La Perla, Callao, owns the personal data bank and is responsible for its processing.

For anything concerning your data, write to us or call 952 392 017.

What we collect, and nothing more

When you place an order: your name, your phone number and, for delivery, your address and a landmark. Email is optional and is used to send you the receipt.

When you book a table or request a quote: your name, your phone number and whatever you tell us.

When you file a complaint: the above plus your ID type and number and your email, because the Complaints Book requires it by law.

If you pay with Yape or Plin and upload the screenshot, that image is kept only until we confirm the payment, and then deleted.

We do not ask for your date of birth, photos of your ID, or anything we do not need in order to serve you. We do not process sensitive data.

What we use it for

To prepare and deliver what you ordered, and to call you if something goes wrong with it.

To confirm your booking or answer your quote request.

To handle and answer your complaint within the legal deadline.

Only if you tick the marketing box — which is never pre-ticked — will we write to you with offers. You can withdraw that at any time by telling us.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data and we do not hand it to anyone for commercial purposes.

Our website embeds a Google Maps map. When that map loads, your IP address and browser data reach Google LLC, in the United States.

That is a cross-border transfer of personal data, and we state it here because Peruvian Law 29733 requires it to be declared. What Google does with that data is governed by its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Orders and their data are kept for as long as needed to handle warranties, complaints and accounting obligations.

Payment screenshots are deleted as soon as we confirm the money arrived.

Complaints are kept for the period required by consumer protection rules.

What you can require from us

You may ask us to access your data, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, and object to our using it. These are the rights granted by Law 29733.

To exercise them, call 952 392 017 or come to Av. Víctor Raúl Haya de la Torre 633, La Perla, Callao. We will answer within the deadlines set by law.

If you believe we did not handle your request properly, you may turn to the Peruvian National Authority for Personal Data Protection.

How we protect it

The website travels encrypted. Staff passwords are stored with an algorithm designed for that, and nobody — including us — can read them.

Payment screenshots are stored outside the public part of the server and are only visible to whoever has permission to reconcile payments.

Should a security breach affect you, we will notify you and report it to the authority within the legal deadline.

Changes to this policy

If we change anything, we will update the date at the top. The version in force is the one you see here, revised on 2026-07-30.
